How and why you need to be grateful everyday
Every day is a gift from God. Waking up every morning is a visible proof of God's grace to us, so we don't have any reason not to be grateful to our Abba Father.
Being grateful to our Creator is a sign of faith, happiness, and contentment in life but sometimes we forget how to show gratitude to God because of the demands of our jobs or we got caught into the hassles of daily life.
God wants you to pause for a while and bring your worship to Him with a grateful heart.
But how can you show God that you are grateful?
Here are three (3) simple ways to be grateful to God every day.
1. Sing worship song to God.God doesn't need your golden voice. He wants your authentic heart of worship. Every noise and sound that worships Him is music in God's ears.
Psalm 95:1 Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
Psalm 101:1 I will sing of your love and justice; to you, Lord, I will sing praise.
2. List down all the blessings that you received from God and thank HIM in your prayer.
James 1:17 Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow.
3.Love God with all your heart.
Loving God is the evidence that we are grateful for the salvation that He has given us. The love that Jesus showed on the cross is enough to love Him with all our heart, mind, strength and soul.
1 John 4: 19 We love because he first love us.
Luke 10:27 The man answered, 'You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your strength, and all your mind.'
